Cafe Melba Ellerslie

We went for brunch. Lovely environment, very busy. The food tasted good but took quite some time to come to the table. Not a bad place but dont go if you are in a rush.

Great atmosphere with friendly and efficient staff and superior food, the whole place is a joy to visit and a good place to have a great relaxing time with friends.

One thing Melba does well is a little twist on old favourites. So my smashed avocado had a little Brie and dukkah and a really gorgeous free range poached egg. It looked and tasted delicious. My daughters scrambled eggs were also very yummy.

Always a great breakfast destination. Fantastic food and friendly service. And my husband swears by their coffee.

Great service and yumm food. The space is a bit noisy for deep and meaningful conversations but sitting by the window makes up for it in the sun!
