Burger Burger

Lovely vibe in this popular food joint! Hard to miss when you hear laughter, feel the warmth from the outdoor heaters & get greeted with a smile from the staff. Well-priced food & beverages. Just wished there was more seating space to hold bigger parties but other than that, an amazing place to be at when you feel like going somewhere for delicious burgers.

Really like Burger Burger, their side of broccoli is our favourite option and a nice change from fries, but it's always been hectic when we've gone, I'm not sure if it's that busy all the time or if we just pick very busy times to go.

I do like Burger Burger, in terms of 'fast food' it's relatively healthy and tasty. I use to go to the Ponsonby branch all the time but have had a few bad experiences with customer service over the past 12 months. Recently I ordered a burger that was raw and cold in the middle (despite ordering it to be cooked medium), when the waitress took it to the chef I could see him arguing with her (we were sitting at the bar!). My new burger was then put at the back of the queue so that it came out after everyone else I was with had finished eating. The woman duty manager was rude throughout the experience, insisting that's how the burgers were cooked (I've had well over a dozen burgers and I know that's not how it's meant to be). She also felt there was no issues with placing my new burger order at the end of the queue so that I received my dinner a good 10 minutes after everyone else had finished. When going to pay we were asked if we enjoyed our meal. We brought up the issue with burger but received no response from the staff. To cut a long story short, I now go to the New Market branch to get my Burger Burger fix.

Burger burger is the best. The service is amazing too. Burgers cost more than other places, but well worth it!

The best Burger Burger for the fried Broccoli pieces! So juicy every time and never bland. Wonderful handmade lemonade during the summer. Fantastic.
