Bunnings Warehouse

I was at the Westgate branch today to pick up a click and collect that I bought online. There was so many staff at the front of the store, near the table beside the self check out, reception for return was handled by only one staff. There was a big line of customer waiting for the serve. I approached to click and collect counter as there was a staff standing there texting on his phone. I said can you help me I am here to pick up my online order. He said he does not work in that area he pointed out me to join the line of people at the return counter. No one seems to care about the line of the queue. The staff just chatting away from each other about personal things I can hear it. Staff at the reception area near the self check out do not seem to care carried on with their talking. The man that pointed out to join the line of the queue was carried on with texting and pretending to be not at work. Terrible. This is would never happen in Mitre 10. It took me 20 minutes to get to collect my online order. Terrible place.

Good parking, nice service. Prices average, i usually go mitre10 mega and they will beat bunnings price after bunnings beat theirs so end up 20% cheaper at mitre10 mega

Great staff. Always ready and willing to search an item up in another store if out of stock.

Always have a positive experience when visiting bunnings takanini. The staff there are all very helpful and knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help when needed. Great playground for the kids to have a play on while there.

Has to get some paint for the reno this morning, paint department staff were so helpful and had some great design ideas. nice work guys
