Bunnings Warehouse

Bunnings is everyday low price. great for customer. I get what I paid for. some helpful staff. nice store in many locations.

Large Bunnings with a wide variety. Coffee shops sells really cheap coffee $3 for a medium latte. There is a gated play area for kids. They have kids activity at the weekend like stone painting.
We found the paint we wanted at the cheap at rate compared with competitors.

Non-existent customer service. Staff were walking passed me and ignored the customer. I had to walked up to customer service desk to get helped. Then still no one came to help me so I walked out the store.They need to improve customer service .

Everytime i go to Bunnings i never know where to go to find what i am looking for and 9 times out of 10, someone will come up and ask if they can help. The staff are great and know their stuff, we alwasy walk out with what me need and a smile on our face! cant beat the prices! plus i much prefer Bunning to mitre10

I have spent a lot of time (and money) in the garden section. It's one of my fav places to spend time in. All the staff I have come across there have been amazing! So helpful and so knowledgeable and always more than willing to answer my barrage of questions! Some of the best customer service I've had.
