This is a great business with helpful staff in most departments. The ywill allow you to return unused and over-purchased product which is very helpful to relieve the stress of deciding how much material you need for any particular job. Their prices are also usually cheaper than the competition.

This store has friendly service. The floor staff were very helpful and despite being short staffed they did there best at helping me find the product I was looking for. There is everything you need in this store.

We were over charged on 2 separate items, about $28. The checkout person told us we would have to "go get the right code" from the garden centre as she was not allowed to leave her checkout. There also appeared to be no one to help her. Took a further 20 minutes to sort it out. It was very disorganised.
