I would love to share our experience of buying a Hyundai i30 from Tomo. His customer service is exceptional, we found him totally genuine and respectful, understanding our needs and going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the vehicle we purchased. It was an absolute pleasure to have a car salesman who wasn't the normal pushy, drive the car round the block 3 times type. A car is an expensive purchase and Tomo gave us all the information we were after, even crawling under the car with my husband to check things out. Thank you Tomo, we wish you the very best and keep on being you, a lot of people in the retail and customer service could take a few leaves out of your book. Absolutely Fantastic Service:
I would highly recommend the team at Budget Car Sales. Sam in particular who was our sales lady, made the selection process so easy. No typical Car salesman speeches, or pressure, just a straight shooter, genuine and extremely helpful with options.
Once we had confirmed our purchase, Sam's boss Eva, took over and organised our Trade In and drive away. Again, could not fault the service, overall rating of EXCELLENCE!!

I purchased a vehicle from Budget less than 2 weeks ago.

Very professional, attentive and friendly.

Proceeded with car, they were kind of to provide loan car and give full tank of fuel in New car.

Upon taking car home, some minor cosmetic damage was noted but that nothing significant and simply taught me to be more thorough in inspection.

Within a week, there was a clunking noise when turning right.

Communicated with Manager to organise with him and garage for it to be repaired. The reason for communication with mechanic was too ensure mutual availability, common sense I feel.

I request a full service to rule out other current mechanical issues.

I took the car in to be repaired to be met with Arthur, Director of Budget.

He felt challenged at my review and my strong worded emails and was perturbed at my request for a full service as is a ten year old car.

He was unable to view the bigger picture.

He chose to buy my car back stating my expectations are too high thus predicting my current and future feelings and expectations relating to having a vehicle that has no mechanical issues within a week of purchase.

He focused very much on his own views in having a unhappy customer instead of trying to turn it around to a happy customer.

Perhaps it was known that there would be further issues with car.

Arthur proceeded to give full refund including AA inspection and gave me a lift home as would otherwise be stranded due to their decison.

I question their motives but wish them all the best.
