Buckley Road Food Store

This is a great little cafe to meet a friend for morning tea/lunch. They specialise in a lot of the old fashioned food e.g. louise cake, lamingtons, date scones etc. They have alot of old crockery, ornaments, teapots etc on display. If you are dining alone they have the daily newspaper or magazines to browse. Staff are very helpful and friendly

Gorgeous little spot, great range of hot beverages, loved my pot of double earl grey tea, also had a truly spectacular gluten free slice of cream and jam sponge cake... like going to your favourite aunties place. Also bought a jar of the gluten free blueberry relish

This is the cafe from long ago Fabulous coffee ....food like your nana used to make. Wonderful scones and muffins The best club sandwiches...the most fabulous coconut loaf fresh from the oven All baked on the premises by the lovely Maureen.

Maureen makes everything from scratch soup to sponge cake it is all amazing . Staff are friendly and helpful . Definitely worth a visit
