Good if you're wanting to chat with the butcher about cuts of meat or to find out how fresh the meat is - it is near New World and Countdown is close but the supermarkets may have meat that's a few days old on their shelves. For those sensitive to amines it becomes really important to get meat that's as fresh as possible.
