The worst tyre service we have ever got, for your own health and safety, please do not come to this shop. Go to Beaurepaires or other places.
Details:
We have switched a flat tyre on 08/07 at this shop. Yet this tyre failed to pass WOF today. The one that they put on has the wrong load index. In order to pass WOF, we have to pay for another tyre. When we come back to this shop, the owner/operator fails to admit it is his fault. He blames that the one he switched off has the wrong load index anyway. Well, I doubt it was wrong because we changed four tyres together. Even if it is wrong, shouldn't you find that we have the wrong tyre rather than give us another wrong one?
We even chatted with Beaurepaires stuff, who help us switch the right tyre, says it is the tyre shop's responsibility to check and put the right tyre on the car as always. Customers are not the expert.
Anyway, regardless of all the hazard we went through, we haven't got our money back yet. My honest suggestion is to avoid this shop.

Recently had to replace 2 tyres after a failed warrant. These guys were great, had me back on the road in no time and received a good deal on the the tyres.

I have 3 cars and all the tyres are from Bridgestone Glenfield. The service and advice I get was highly appreciated and helped me in making the right choice when getting the tyres for all my cars. Highly recommend for great service and product.

Last year I changed my tyres with these guys. Was a great service. Chucked in an alignment for free too. Top guys
