Upon my first visit to Bowl & Arrow, I was utterly intrigued as beguiled by the exciting textures, colours and food profiles that met my tastebuds with every tentative spoonful of my Summer Body smoothie in a bowl with pale garnishing. By the third spoonful I was converted and hooked on this taste sensation.

The cafe stand is small and in the middle of the new Orakei Bay Village, and besides Farro Fresh, it really is the only reason to visit this burgeoning shopping complex, as there isn't much else.

I eagerly await trying other smoothies and am simply astounded by this fascinating food concept. Bowl & Arrow is an absolute MUST TRY and VISIT!

Amazing smoothie bowls, a must try when in the area. The staff are lovely and friendly. A lovely place to meet friends and have a catch up.
