Awful body corporate to deal with. After 3-4 years a leak in our storage unit was never looked at despite numerous attempts at contact. Could never get any assistance, constantly left off mailing lists. Thankfully we now have a new body corporate which has far surpassed Body Corp Admin in just 2 weeks. Body Corp Admin has one of the worst reputations in the business so steer clear at ALL costs.

Worst Body Corp I've ever had to work with. Totally incompetent. Our committee voted to replace them and now they refuse to communicate, will not had over the records and refuse to hand over the maintenance fund to the new body corp. Untrustworthy.
Do not even consider this company.

Disappointing level of service given - poor record keeping which is why we switched to a local (Waikato) company

It's not often I like to give bad reviews but when your not happy with a service, you want to let others know your experience. They are currently property managing the body corporate I reside at and I personally believe they could be doing a better job. The key contacts are unable to help when issues arise as I was told they do not have authority to do anything. Basically felt like I had to do their job for them by calling tradesman to get things resolved.

Our Victopia Apartments Body Corporate Chairwoman Jacquie Turner and on-site Building Manager Graeme John McDonald have been causing 12-year Corruption with the Director Glenn Kwok and General Manager Paula Beaton of Body Corporate Administration Ltd. This is the worst business in the world. Never use BCA Ltd. If any NZ Devlopers and Builders appoint BCA Ltd as an initial BC Manager, then 10 years later, such poor Developers and Builders would have to pay a $42 million Fraud water leaky settlement payout. Never appoint BCA Ltd.
