      Having heard such positive feedback about Blue Elephant Thai Restaurant in Parnell, I popped in to experience the cuisine. Instantly, I was highly impressed by the excellence of staff in making me feel most welcome and accommodating me on a night with mostly reserved tables.

      I was inclined to try their mixed entrees and was beguiled by the Thai Crab Cake which stood out remarkably from the Chicken Satay, Spring Roll and Curry Puff. I fell in love with an exquisite glass of Rockford Barossa Shiraz, it was heaven exemplified!

      For mains, I tried the chef’s special Blue Elephant Crispy spork with Blue Elephant Spicy Fried Rice ordered Thai Hot and these dishes were exceptional, perfectly spiced where usually I would request extra chili.

      My dining experience in this very cosy tucked away restaurant was truly memorable and I will return to experience other delights from their menu. Highly recommended with distinction!

      We stopped by for lunch and the service was excellent. The menu is what you would expect for Thai and the food tasty. It was not as hot as I would expected. Portions are large but the items are a little pricy.

      Very Authentic traditional Thai food. One of the best Thai in Auckland. Blue Elephant offers a good variety of food on their menu. Excellent flavored and reasonably priced.
