      Went there with girlfriend to try it out. Really good to flex unused muscles. Quite strenuous more than I thought. Good patient instructor.

      Great yoga centre. Lovely staff and consistent coaching. Studios are great. Changing rooms are small but it is a central location so is expected. Great discounts too.

      Great place for beginners, intermediates and advanced alike. Staff are extremely friendly and kind, making the sessions a lot easier and a lot more enjoyable.
