Really disappointing!
We were looking for a bike for my teenage daughter. We went to Bike Barn first then 2 other stores. My wife and I decided to go back to one we’ve found on sale at Bike Barn. The bike was size 24, which we have decided the right size for her (we have one mountain bike, large Merida). And the guy who attended us says its small for her and wanted us to go see other sizes. I don’t think the way it was said also was right to be one of the sales person on the floor. My impression was he didn’t want to sell the bike to us. Only took a couple minutes after opening his mouth to put us off. Really disappointed, we are a paying customer. We know what we want. Yes, we are not going to win competition, we only want to buy a bike. We are buying the bike that suits our budget. Really disappointing. Another blow to us as parents is we saw the face of my daughter which my wife and I promised her a new bike. Disappointing.

Very big store with a great range of bikes from, road to mountain to BMX to e bikes. I have bought a bike from bike barn but unfortunately it has quite a few issues with the gears but the staff where very helpful in getting it resolved.
