Bianco Off Queen Serviced Apartment Hotel

I have booked in here several times, however this time i was not impressed with our stay, the cleaning was very shabby and we had to ring to have new towels brought back to our room, The sliding door leading to the patio was not able to open.
For the price you pay we were very disappointed, we rung the reception however were not provided with another room as we had requested.

Really good place and awesome staff! The front desk is always happy to help and the hotel's direct environment has became much quieter now that odd internet cafe is gone. James the manager runs the hotel with great customer care. Thanks team for a great stay I will be back!

This place looks nothing like the advertised pictures & the entire premises smells so badly of deodoriser. Asked for a king bed & got 2 singles on wheels joined together. Couch is so old & uncomfortable that you cannot even sit on it. no blind's in bedroom either, do not waste your money

Definitely nothing fancy but it is in a good handy location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room didn't look like what was advertised and bed was really hard aswell. Was fine for one night but no longer.

Lovely people, accommodation and food. I always enjoy staying at this place because I know what I am getting and their service is consistent.
