Beds 'R' Us

Went to see some beds and frames for my parents. Good customer service. the person who was in the store on 23/10/2017 was really helpful, he also gave us a quote so we can do our comparison, Did not see much deals for Labour weekend. Same discounts as they normally have. But good range of products.

Huge variety of bed to suit any person type. Sale person wasn’t overly intrusive or pushy and made browsing easy. Nice and smooth transaction and delivery when stated.

Having purchased a bed approx 12 years ago from this store i went back, as ive been having shocking pain in my shoulder, having had 2 hip replacements and 1 knee, I've not had a good nights sleep for over a year.
I phoned the store told the young lady my story, she immediately said that will be your bed to firm and no give around the artificial joints.
With their help they knew immediately the bed i would be comfortable on.
The bed was delivered on Saturday, i now have no pain, cut out pain relief ,i feel alive,just amazing also advice on a suitable pillow and mattress protector.
I would recommend Beds R Us West 100% plus.

they have good variety of beds with good deals aswell. The staff was very accommodating. the beds might be a bit expensive if not on sale. other than that the quality of beds they have is high standards.

I ordered a bed a week ago and arranged for it to be delivered this morning. I rang the shop again yesterday to confirm delivery. After lunch today I rang again to find out where it was only to be told that it will be delayed and I still don't have a confirmed delivery date. To my embarrassment my guest now has to sleep on the floor. Customer service here could be improved. Not impressed.
