Baby Factory

Well stocked store, with friendly and helpful staff. I had a problem with a car seat (the way it buckled in required an incredibly long seatbelt) - the lovely sales assistant exchanged it for store credit. Would have preferred a refund as it wasn't fit for purpose but it is Baby Factory policy.

A good range of baby products. Loads of parking outside. Helpful staff and great customer service.

Great shop with lots of parks. Love how they have a big selection and staff which are so wonderful, knowledgable and helpful. I have purchased many items from this store and I have no complaints with the service or quality of items I walked away with!

This review is mainly for the service that we have received at this store,some amazing bunch of staff always ready to help. We were a bit confused about the capsule however the staff was really helpful and also waited patiently even though we took days and hours to decide.
