I used these guys for an Drainage plan. What a nightmare, first they don't turn up when they said they would, then when I ring to find out where they are they just say the guy is sick and NO apology at all, then tell me I have to go to back of the que whenever the guy gets back. When they finally do make an appointment they do a rubbish job of the plan and take 2 weeks to do it when the guy told me I would have it the next day.
Do yourself a favour and don't use them!!!!
