Steam ‘n’ Dry did such a good job on my carpets, they look as good as new. Specifically I would like to thank Anthony Simmons, he did an incredible job getting the many many stains out of my carpet which I thought were there forever. This is a well deserved review, Keep doing such a great job guys.

I was at my wits end with a serious flood. Graeme Stephens arrived in 35 minutes sucked up the wet carpeting, left dehumidifiers and carpet dryers which dried everything. Great expert advice and professional flood service.

Steam n Dry Carpet Cleaning Auckland deserves six stars, but the review choices only allow for five. We've been using them for 8 years now and couldn't be happier. Here are three reasons why:
First, they are a godsend. No matter the stain--and regardless of whether it was created by humans or pets--Steam n Dry gets it out, without damaging the carpet or fabric.
Second, they are extremely reliable, showing up on time, being careful with their equipment to not damage floors or walls, and even leaving plastic pieces under chair legs so damp carpeting doesn't become permanently dented.
Third, their prices are reasonable.
Batting three for three sure deserves six stars in my book.

We booked the carpet cleaner but had to delay by a few days, and they were very understanding. They arrived on time, did a thorough vacuum clean before shampooing the carpets. There was no mess and the carpets were dry enough to replace the furniture after a few hours.
