Auckland Fish Market

if you haven't been here you must go, great for something to do on the weekend, there meals are beautiful and the staff are very helpful

A great place to get fresh fish in Auckland. Parking is available right outside ( at $4 an hour). Check Street parking isn't cheaper.
Lots of different fish varieties as well as crayfish and crab. Frozen, fresh and sashimi available.
In the Fish Market you can also order fish and chips as well as other items on the menu and eat it outside.
This is a great place to have some lunch if you have small children as it's so close to the playground and slide on Madden Street. Also there is an outdoor community seating space close by and currently a volleyball court set up.

I have never been to such a large fish market, with absolutely fantastic selection at a great price. The fish here is fresh, tasty and they have varieties that you will struggle to find at the supermarket or other fish suppliers, such as Tuna, crayfish and deep sea fish!

Great fish and seafood. They recently fixed up the place - the dining space is now awesome! The market is also very conveniently located near silo park. Easy to find parking or get to by bus.
