prices are not to bad, brought a jug and the trim was starting to fall off after 1 week took it back to swap it, the manager was a bit iffy on taking it back because it was only cosmetic damage and didn't affect the use eventually i got a replacement

We bought a washing machine and dryer and found the service to be good, I knew what I wanted when I went in and was able to get a great deal.

Lots of seconds products. Big brand products are a bit pricey..better to shop elsewhere. Have cheap tablets at times but doesnt last longer than a year.

Awesome store - heaps of products to choose from and many bargains to be had. The staff are helpful, friendly - without being pushy - for me they went beyond the norm for sorting the warranty documentation out. 5 star store.
