good store nice range of stock the staff are friendly the clipping service in store is affordable and good sales items and toy selection the kids love shopping here

Helpful and cheerful staff. Amazing interactive animals with a range of pet accessories for small and big animals including bunnies, dogs, cats, turtles even fish.

Great store, they have an area where you can wash your dog which is great as it is a struggle to do at home. The facilities are excellent.

Great store, my dogs lead broke while was on holiday - the previous one was from Animates in Whanganui so it was great to be able to get an exact replacement.
