Ampersand & Eatery

Great views on the balcony, lovely wait staff, efficient servoce. Unusual menu, but the savoury crepes are an amazing alternative: we shared also the breakfast ramen which is a great idea instead of the bread or porridge. Coffees and tea are piping hot.

Sadly this was a disappointment. We basically paid $4 for half a piece of bread. I then ordered the pasta. It was bland and had large chunks of lemon zest. The only positive was the great service we received from our waitress.

Great food, awesome view of Hobson bay. Like the place. Nice place to have quick coffee or lunch

A small family of 4 of us had a lovely meal here on Saturday evening. We had the tasting plate first and this was tasty and generous. Our mains were also satisfying. The service was friendly and efficient. It was busy but not heaving and it's got a relaxed ambience. Will return.

Delicious food- I had the Ampersand breakfast and the pork, duck and cheese sausage was fabulous.
Friendly and efficient service. Could have a few more high chairs.
