Stayed here in the weekend for a concert Deluxe spa room. Very nice layout and room with very helpful staff at the front desk.

Found the location great. Staff were great in restaurant and reservations . I found the room a good size (Executive Spa Suite) but the glass panel along the spa bath (to stop water going on the floor when using the shower) did not close so water everywhere that we had to clean up. Only one coffee cup in the cupboard. One teaspoon. No dishwashing powder had we wanted to use it, hand washing liquid only (and just a cloth to clean dishes with, no scrubber). One remote for two TV's. Stains on the carpet and frayed edging between lounge and bedroom. Needed vacuuming behind the couch.
On the positives, the room was quiet and overlooked Myers Park. Nice to also have a balcony. Good size room and TV etc. We also loved the buffet breakfast.

Clean hotel, with free wifi. The staff service wes excellent. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed the atmosphere. We stayed 3 nights and everything was made super clean every day. The staff were pleasant and local knowledge was tops...very helpful guys thanx

The staff are exceeded my expectations and everything was incredible. The overall hotel and facilities were very clean we will be going back.
