Very comfortable luxury hotel, rooms are tidy and clean, staff are very professional and friendly. Love the swimming pool and the outdoor area!

Great hotel, Amos the receptionist is a key team player in your hotel, everybody else was very kind but he went out of his way to help you out find the places you wanted to visit. Awesome service and experience.

Perfectly acceptable for a short weekend in Auckland. Tasteful room with comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom. Good central location. If you book off peak it can be very well priced .

Great place. Up for the weekend for a concert, great location, close to K road for some great window shopping, short sprint to queen street, great room, friendly team, the club sandwich is the go when after all the excitement you forgot to eat, cheers

Beautiful spot to stay, it's not right in the heart of the city which I love, but it is walking distance to everything needed near by. The room we stayed in was beautiful and had a nice big spa bath too. I recommend getting the breakfast in the morning (it's a buffet style) and asking for a free carpark!
