My favourite restaurant in CBD. The beef carpaccio is delish, have also had the chargrilled chicken which was just as good. The feijoa and lime meringue is life changing, so good. Will keep returning

What a great place!!! I've been wanting to try it for ages and it definitely did not disappoint! We ended up having a few plates to share since we could no pick one! Fish was amazing, the cured meat, divine. Char grilled eggplants are a must and don't get me started on the burrata cheese.
We went full Italian and ordered sorbet with granita and gosh that was good.
Really nice cocktails and drinks menu too.. Authentic Italian cuisine for sure! Can't wait to go back and try the pasta.
Service was amazing too, the girl who served us was really nice.
One of my new favorites in Auckland, no doubts!

Wow, I’ve always heard great reviews about this restaurant and I finally tried it last week for lunch and it definitely lived up to its reviews, the food was delish and the lemon, ginger and honey tea was Devine! I will definitely be dining here again one day soon.

The cabinet food are very delicious and the main food are unique! Good atmosphere and cozy interior! Nice place to hang out Sunday morning.

finally visited Amano today. The interior is very well decorated. The atmosphere was rather complex, rather than calm. It must be a famous restaurant The service was really great!!
I ordered some food, and it had a rather normal taste, but the food was a bit salty.. There are no irritating ingredients, but did you spill salt into the bowl by mistake? haha.. The food got more salty when it cooled down later. but all the dishes are pretty and the olive oil is delicious! I'll ask them to season less salt next time.
