      A straightforward repair turns into an almost 3 month saga. These guys book car in stating parts are here, then phone call car ready BUT some parts DID not arrive. Will call you when they are on site, YEA Right seems communication is not in their vocabulary.
      1st attempt to paint repairs resulted in a 2 tone car being presented.
      Sorry we will have to repaint plus more area of vehicle that wasn't damaged in the accident.
      Drop car off for final rework only to receive call glass guy wasn't available till next day. Following ph call proprietor states been a mishap Glass rear window was damaged had to be replaced hence that Delay.
      Irony is that part of the vehicle DID not need to be touched. Appalling excuse for a so called company that supposedly treats their client vehicle as their own.
