We dined in at Al Volo Pizza in Grafton after work and we were highly impressed the service as we were warmly greeted and attentively followed up on for beverages and then food. The restaurant was very cosy and the ambiance was homely and familial.
To share, we ordered Vegetariana pizza, porcini ravioli in a truffle creme sauce and rocket salad accompanied by San Pellegrino. The dishes were divine, especially dipping the pizza crust into the truffle pasta sauce.
Is like to visit again to sample more of the menu, especially the pizza! Highly recommended!

Delicious gnocchi and great - it has that home cooked feel with real ingredients - so much better than tired restaurants like Prego and other Italian restaurants that have gone too commercial.

Al Volo does not disappoints! Beautiful authentic pizza with top ingredients, catering for vegetarians, vegan and gluten free. Nice cosy atmosphere just like home!

We wanted a informal meal with our son who at university in Auckland. It ticked every single box. Amazing pizzas - honestly just like you would find in Italy. Great service, great atmosphere and very relaxed.
