Room is old and tired. I telephoned not work however no one came to fix it. And towels were not changed either luckily we have bought Our own.

Hotel is amazing - very modern, comfortable and luxurious. Location is only a few minutes walk from everything you need. Staff are amazing, very accommodating. Great customer service.

Easy website to navigate, great rooms with excellent service and staff and fantastic facilities. The added bonus of having a free airport transfer service to and from the hotel to Auckland airport was just awesome and made my stay so much more bearable!! Thank you.

Basic but good clean accomodation. Handy to the airport and fine for an overnight stay.
