The hotel is in a great location, close to public transport, shopping, restaurants and bars, and the rooms were very clean, well-equipped and comfortable.

An excellent five star hotel and maintained the standard in each and every aspect of the requirements ,small to big ,like the room was awsomely clean and so the wash room with beautiful array of toileteries

Great hotel and great staff. Very pleasant experience overall. Currently going through some renovations but these are not disruptive. New rooms are great.

This is probably one of the best hotel in Auckland. Rooms are much bigger than others and facilities are well maintained. The downside is paid parking - quite expensive to be honest.
