We brought both of our iphone's from here. The guy who served us was super helpful with how much it was going to cost us & how we could purchase the phone's that day. However they had limited options for the phone case so had to go elsewhere to purchase these,

Got completely wrong comment on our request: the store guy informed us that we ordered sim card with delivery to Tauranga office (actually we did not, just bought combo online) while our order was just lost in the system. Disappointed with such service.

Helpful staff - got me set up with a discount for being a 'kiwi hero' (discount on plans for teachers, nurses, first responders, and Defence Force).
