Terrible experience. From one particular. I was looking at the phone and I turned it so I could see where the camera was, from behind. I suddenly had an abrupt aggressive demand "don't do that." From the side. I looked up at the male and was annoyed by the sudden hostile behaviour. I stated I was looking at the camera. He then ignorantly replied in a hostile voice. "Don't touch the cord." He didn't explain that the first place when he said "don't do that" and he didn't say why. He stood there glaring at me as I glared back at his hostile attitude and stance.

First off, he should have said "please do not touch the cord because......" And in a nice tone. I can say this because I used to be in the sale industry. It's hard to keep your emotion from somewhere else from work. I used to work 50 to 58 hours a week. That was stressful to keep my attitude positive. Positive attitude will get more buyers and potential future buyers.

I was going to buy and go on a plan with them, however that put me off. So I went else where. Due to this. So you, person, lost a buyer.

I know this will not happen to all, but this ruined my outlook for 2degrees. Note: this is MY opinion

Staff not very helpful or tech savvy. Got asked questions and just pretty much filled in the forms to get my phone. No insurance or trade in opt in options available they said.

pushy staff, not willing to help and poor service. At least there was plenty of parking in Westfield

Always seem to be busy and even when there's no customers there. They don't like you touching the phones and they don't like it when you browse and not buy anything. Although this is not the case with other stores, so skip this one and go to the one in Botnay town centre, they are much better.
