Bought our Iphones here and the staff was really helpful setting up our post paid plans. It was a smooth transaction. The second time I went here, I was having an issue with the connection and the staff did not know how to solve the problem and told me to contact their customer service instead.

Very unhelpful staff here. Had an issue with my new phone - was not sending text messages, would not receive messages and calls etc. the staff here told me it was a problem through Apple not them. Spent hours on the phone with Apple and they told me that no, it was a 2 degrees issue. Eventually switched to a different supplier and all problems resolved. Would have happily stayed with 2 degrees had they solved my problem.

Recently enjoyed the data hunt treasure hunt especially the gold pins. A great idea and good excuse to see different parts of the county.
