This is a must stop when we are visiting or travelling through Ashburton, one of the first things I tried there was their fudge brownie a few years ago and it was pure heaven. There is always a fresh inviting display of treats from pies to sandwiches, cakes and other sweet things and something new each time we visit which is probably every 8 to 10 months if not more. It is a very tidy and clean store, very friendly and wait time is very small.

Sim's bakery's gingerbread is absolutely my favorite. My daughter love their fresh baked choco chip cookies.
