arrived arrowtown on a sunny day and saw this cafe listed on the arrowtown guide, decided to give it a try. staff was helpful even offered us to pick some fruits from the crabapple tree as we are seated outside. best seafood chowder i ever tried. i am telling all my friends to try their seafood chowder if they happen to be here!

The ambience was nice but the food was a bit lacking. Their vietnamese salad didn't really have many vietnamese flavours at all. The fish tacos were quite dry and lacking in flavour. The service was also a bit odd - they seemed quite frantic and very keen to upsell us on desserts, drinks etc. If we come back we'll try something that's a bit more standard European fare.

This is the most amazing restaurant I have been to in New Zealand. The atmosphere and decor is spectacular and the staff super friendly. The menu is broad and the meals are of good portion and mouthwatering quality. If you are down south I highly recommend this as a visit.

Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Good kids meals, and a delicious share platter ideal for a lunch for two adults. Would happily come back here!

The coconut porridge is amazing! Hubby and the poached eggs and bacon and toast with crunchy potatoes and he loved it. Beautifully appointed and cosy inside. Highly recommended
