The store is fine. Unfortunately the Help Desk was not. Every time I needed help at the Help Desk, I need to wait for at least 15 mins. There's always a queue but always only one person there. Why can't they get more employees in there? One time while 5 of us were queuing up, there were 4 employees at the entrance (underneath the tv) chatting away. It really makes my blood boil, when one employee is working hard to help customers and others are just standing around.
The Warehouse consistently has very competitive prices on their stock. Their refund and return policy is the best in NZ. The staff are helpful but sometimes it's hard to find someone to help when it's a busier time. The shelves are well-stocked and if there is something too high for you to reach, someone comes to the rescue with a ladder. This is my number one shop for general items and gifts. The Warehouse has come a long way since I first started shopping there.
This is the store I pick up my online “click & collect” orders from. It’s such a great service. The Customer Services desk gets really busy, but the staff are efficient and make returns hassle-free. This is a huge incentive to shop both in instore & online. The store itself, is a large store with lots of stock. Not a lot of staff around on the floor to help, but those that are – are friendly.
