We offer Whanganui its first pure vinyasa flow yoga and yin yoga classes. Vinyasa flow offers a style of yoga that will help you build all-over strength, cardio and flexibility and is perfect for returning balance to your body and mind, whether it is over-worked or under-worked.
Yin, a more passive style of yoga that is mostly floor-based, offers a perfect alternative to vinyasa as it targets the body¿s energetic system and fascial tissue to create optimal communication, mobility and structure throughout the body and mind.
