"Lost" item... unacceptable no refund or anything! Owner is snobby and rude. Find another jeweler!

This is the worse jeweller, the owner is aggressive and threatening looses your item gets aggressive with you, then tells you to get out of the shop and never come back. Have never been paid for item lost.
