What makes us different?
We were the first company in Auckland to introduce a garden waste recycling bag collection back in 1984.
We're committed not only to looking after you, our valued customer, but also our environment, so we make sure all the garden waste you place in your garden bag or garden waste wheelie bin will be processed and recycled into compost.
Didn't pick up my bag but were happy to invoice! When I rang up said they would get back to me to resolve. Never heard from them. Email went unanswered. Subsequent calls put on a seemingly endless waiting queue. When I finally got through they refused to pick up the bag without a further charge. Scammers!
I wish there is an option here to give a nil star rating. Literally the worse service ever with absolutely no follow through and no attempt to resolve issues. My bin has been left on the kerb for the last week and after four calls (all of which had placed me on hold for over 20 minutes) and three separate promises that the bin would be collected there is still no pick up. It seems to me that the only job the call centre does is to apologise to customers and offer no real solution. Also, don't believe the promise of placing an 'urgent' note on your job. Three had been placed so far on my job and my bin is still full, sitting on the kerb.
Terrible service. Call centre staff friendly enough, but never keep to their promises. After a year of trying to use them I won't have anything more to do with them. Don't turn up when they say they will, and won't refund money or offer credits for their failure to honour their part of the bargain. Take my advice, save yourself some grief and don't use them.
