As someone who decided to help the community by becoming a Justice of the Peace he's not the sort of person suited to this role. I have rung him on a number of occasions because he is the closest JP to my home and am told the same thing each time. When asked if he will witness a document he says, "I'm very busy. Go and try someone else." Now that doesn't sound very community spirited so why does he keep his JP 'registration' up I wonder. He's even got a sign on his door saying Justice of the Peace but my suggestion is don't knock because you're bound to get knocked back for doing so. It's okay Les Smith JP I will try and find someone else that actually wants to help their community.
