One of the WORSTtravel agencies I have ever been to my entire life. The woman (sorry she is anything but a lady) who answers the phone and is at the office needs to do 2 things immediately. Firstly she needs to go to a school where she is taught the basics of speaking with other human beings e.g manners and etiquettes. She then needs to attend a course where she is taught the definition of a customer and them the basics of customer service with the main focus on how to speak to a customer. Of course it would help if they had a class on what politeness means as it is a very alien element to this woman.
These issues aside, I found their prices to be $350 more expensive than Echo Travel, Travel 2000 and Panworld Travel, but she was not interested in hearing about them . In fact she was not interested in helping at all and I could not wait to get out of there.
This is my 6th dealing with this agency and have finally decided to write a review as over the years I have seen nothing but a dramatic decline in their standards. BTW unless you are an insect lover, make sure you take a can of insect spray for the hundreds of lovely cockroaches that you will find crawling EVERYWHERE including the computer keyboards. And if you are lucky enough like myself, you will find a few crawling up your legs and hands .
Very poor service. Staff was not at all helpful. Cheaper deals available online and the best price quoted for same dates was $300 more than what was available online. Apples to apples. Very poor service
