It took three months to get my food processor NOT repaired. They did not call me to advise that parts needed to be ordered on two occasions! It was left up to me to call and ask what was happening after hearing nothing from them for weeks. This happened twice - on the same job! Shocking communication, and they managed to lose messages and not record updates to the job when I did speak with them.
The service I experienced led me to purchase a completely different brand food processor - one where Saxon are not the sole service agents for the brand in Christchurch.
had a washing machine under warrenty - saxon sent me an invoice anyway so had to sort that out. Was haveing problems with a brand new washing machine and the technicians professional opinion was that we just wouldnt be able to do small loads in it and that there was nothing he could do... a brand new machine. then i got a bill for $100.00 .
Phoned another company who came and replaced new motor and now it does small loads just fine! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE USELESS.
Disappointed with very poor service and the months it took to get our oven fixed for a simple problem that the right technician sorted out in a few minutes. One of their male technicians made inappropriate comments to my wife that Saxon management ignored. Would not recommend this company.
I bought some replacement wheels and cutlery holder for my dishwasher racks from these guys, and although the parts were fairly expensive, I was happy that they stocked the parts and there was no mucking around waiting for parts to be ordered or delivered.
