I popped in to pick up something for lunch. The Red Wine & Beef pie was stuffed full of tender steak, full of flavour and wrapped in a tasty pastry. I also had a Caramel Slice, probably the best I have had. It was GF and not overly sweet. I finished that off with a long black. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I would say that my Ruby experience was 5 star.
