Can be dificult to deal with the call centre at times. The drivers make up for this though. They are friendly. Often quick service.

Ordered a taxi last week and they arrived not long after. Was amazed at how quick they were. Very friendly driver, seemed experienced and used to Rotorua roads and traffic. Price seems to have gone up abit but overall quite happy with the service.

Great service. They respond quickly and are very helpful. They helped me with my bags i was carrying and were lovely to tell me about rotorua on my journey.
