OK service when they sold me the bike. Average to awful ever since. Red Baron won't see me again.
Bought the bike and took it back for the 1000km service. So far so good. Wouldn't start a few months later, so took it back. They said it was the spark plug which it wasn't, because I checked. But it was working, so no harm done. Same problem a month later. Guess it wasn't the spark plug. Anyway, took it back. No work from them for 2 weeks. Called, but no one at the shop could tell me what was happening to my bike. Said they would call back though, which they didn't. Had to call back to find out if it was ready. On pickup they told me that they didn't know what exactly the problem was. And also said that if it happens again, they did not want to see the bike again. Well, I guess they won't see me again. Neither should they see you if you want to buy or service a bike...
