About Rayonier New Zealand Northland Regional Office
Rayonier began operating in New Zealand in 1988 and significantly expanded its presence in 1992 with the purchase of 108,000 hectares of forests from the government. In 2005, Rayonier became a partner in, and the manager of Matariki Forests, a 132,000 hectare forest estate that is New Zealand's third largest.
