Like any complaint there is always two sides to every story. We didn't even think it was worth replying to but here goes....
This customer couldn't drive a manual transmission loan car. We do have an old automatic car that is used as a parts/work car which we reluctantly agreed for him to use. It was stressed on more than 2 occasions this was not a loan car but just a car to help him out.
He rang a staff member at home on a Sunday wanting to pick up the car that night at 7:30pm (no customer service?) so there was no time to put gas in it as we are closed on Sundays.
The "loan" car was currently registered but the new label had not been displayed in the window, he was informed it was legal when he rang to enquire about this.
The customers vehicle was being washed when he arrived to pick it up so we are at a lost to how it could of been dusty on the outside and he certainly didn't say anything to the person washing the car. As for staff being rude we just don't know if anything happened.
It must be said that this customer made no attempt to inform us if he felt let down as we would of liked the opportunity to rectify anything.
I would recommend making up your own mind up as we have plenty of both satisfied and repeat customers.
