A classic sports pub type atmosphere. The food is good but service is a bit slow during the lunch rush. Not the type of place you'd go to unless you work in the area but it's a good spot.
Had a work meeting in the area on Friday so stopped in for lunch. It was pretty busy and food took ages to come out. It was good and the price was reasonable but don't take the chance if you're in a hurry.
Perfect for a work lunch or a drink at the end of the week. Always playing the sports games and has a great atmosphere. Great menu with lunch specials too
The customer service was really, really not good on a Friday at around 1pm. The bartender decided to finish off whatever she was doing, leaving us standing in front of her for a solid minute, before she even made eye contact with us. No acknowledgement whatsoever.
The wait time for the food exceeded 45 minutes. We would have left at the 30 minute mark if we had not already paid for the food. When the food finally arrived the waitress did not apologise for, or mention the wait time.
We ordered quesadilla and a salad as we were in a hurry and (wrongly) believed these would not take too long to arrive. The quesadilla was quite tasty, but didn't compensate for the ridiculous wait time (which, would have been perhaps more tolerable if they could have mentioned it prior to us order). The shrimp and calamari salad was decent if not quite oily.
On the plus side, we watched nearly 50 minutes of tennis on the multiple screens they have in the pub.
Overall the experience of this pub was not a very pleasant one.
