Niagara Sawmilling Co Ltd's sawmill & remanufacture plant is ideally located at Kennington, seven kilometers north of New Zealand's southern-most city, Invercargill.
Sawmilling since 1935, Niagara Sawmilling has a proud history of responsible forestry & timber processing. We deal solely with renewable, plentiful & beautiful quality plantation grown Radiata pine.
We utilise each tree to maximum capacity, from the bark on the outside, through to the sawdust from the centre. This means that we are able to provide a full spectrum of products, from milled timber, through to precision building products & everything in between, including bark, chip, sawdust, firewood & briquettes.
Using the latest technology, each individual piece of timber is scanned & then checked for both moisture & grade specification, so customers can rest assured that product requirements will always be met.

What makes us different?
Producing approximately 120,000m3 of sawn timber from our Kennington sawmill each year we understand the importance of accuracy and quality for its worldwide customer base. Using a wide range of modern technologies, each piece is individually cared for during sawmilling. We can then produce each piece of timber for customers at specific requirements.
