Our dojo has a custom built sprung training area.
Learn stand up, grappling, grip fighting, transitions to the ground and
ground work including joint locking techniques, hold downs,
strangles and chokes.
Our club has several members representing New Zealand currently.
Cater to all ages, all abilities from completely new to the martial arts and wanting to learn for self defence
to those wanting to compete at National levels, our dojo is a fun and safe environment to learn this sport.
